The Basics A course is aimed at postgraduate students and postdoctoral scientists with very limited programming background.
The Basics B course is aimed at those with some Python knowledge, or a detailed understanding of another programming language. As this course is aimed at those with some Python knowledge, basic concepts will be briefly covered as revision only. Participants with no prior Python knowledge may therefore find it useful to familiarize themselves the following topics before the course (links below):
